I'm a U.S. Citizen who lives in Annapolis with my two daughters (8 & 10). I've work for the leader in IPAM, DDI and network management for the past 4 years and am an avid Go enthusiast. I've 20+ years working on full life cycle system and appliance projects and currently work on an Agile team.
Skills
20+ years of professional development and administration experience
Strong C/C++ (including QT), Java, Perl, awk, some Ruby & some Python
Strong Linux administration experience. Includes application hardware support, ILO monitoring and more
Strong Linux/UNIX development experience. Including Bash & scripting.
Strong cross OS development experience including Windows, OSX, & Linux/UNIX
HTML / CSS, XML, XSLT, other web tools & services development
Apache, Struts, Tomcat, Web Services, FireFox add-on / XUL development
Strong DB / ORM including Oracle, Postgres, Apache DB,(SQL, PLSQL, PGSQL) & reporting tools
Excellent communication skills & full SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience.
What I look for
I'm interested in pretty much anything thats in the sandbox of Go / docker / cloud
I'm interested in staying in the Annapolis area and or remote positions.
For the right carrot, I'll consider relocation.
