Job description
This is a contract role, however, the client requests that applicants be in SF Bay work out of the office when needed, with the team given the nature of the project.

The client is implementing robust Go-based middleware to sit between third-party systems and the core management product.
To ensure a seamless experience and a perfect state must be maintained between the 3rd-party system and the core product during various scenarios such as price changes and commodity availability (outages, surplus, and substitutions).
Additionally, third-party systems servicing many commercial locations need to be architected for non-trivial scale.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with existing documented APIs (both from the third-party and Client), as well as interfacing with internal engineers informally to correctly understand requirements. Quality is paramount, and all code must include tests.

Skills & requirements
Requirements

BSCS or equivalent
3+ years commercial software development experience
